Why is INR 3000 being held back for the challan payment, and when will it be refunded?

The INR 3000 holdback serves as collateral for potential discrepancies in the challan information due to technical issues on the government website. It's completely refundable once we have clarity on the final challan amount. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.

Will I get instant payment for my bike?

Yes, you will. Instant payment will be done through UPI or bank transfer. You will part with your bike only after receiving 100% payment credit.

Is it possible to sell a bike through BeepKart if there is an unpaid loan on the vehicle?

No, we do not purchase bikes on which there is any pending loan. If there was a loan earlier and has now been fully paid, we would require a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the bank before buying the bike from you.

What are the documents required to sell my old bike?

A smart card/Original registration card (RC)
Insurance policy copy
The proof of ownership of the Aadhaar
PAN Card
Checks that are canceled
Two passport-size photos

Does BeepKart buy bikes that are registered outside Karnataka or Tamil Nadu?

No, we currently do not accept two-wheelers which are not registered in Karnataka or Tamil Nadu. However, this option will be available in the future.

What are the charges for selling through BeepKart?

Currently, BeepKart does not levy any service charge on the sellers.

Will you provide cash for my two-wheeler?

No, we do not deal in cash. Post-sale, the money is transferred directly to your bank account.

What happens to the bike after BeepKart buys it?

BeepKart works on both customer-to-customer and customer-to-business basis. After we buy your bike, we refurbish it and sell it directly to the end used or to one of our channel partners. The channel partners sell it further to customers.

Who will manage the RC transfer process?

BeepKart takes the responsibility for RC transfer. This is subject to the documents being in order and the processes of various RTOs.

What is the time duration for RC transfer once the bike is sold?

After you buy the bike from us, it takes approximately 60-90 RTO working days to get the Registration Certificate (RC) transferred to the new owner's name. BeepKart manages the transfer of RC so that you can relax.

What does BeepKart’s Assisted RC Transfer process include?

Every BeepKart transaction includes our full support with the RC transfer process. We handle documentation preparation, submission to the respective RTO, and necessary follow-ups to ensure the transfer proceeds as smoothly as possible- thereby, minimising your effort through out.

While we actively coordinate the process, completion and its timelines can be affected by external dependencies such as RTO processing speeds, verification procedures, and evolving policies. Additionally, the cooperation of all involved parties is essential for successful transfer. Although we work diligently to address any bottlenecks, BeepKart cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timelines.
